Teleology, Ancient and Modern


This conference draws together leading experts in teleology with the aim of furthering our understanding of ancient conceptions of teleology and their significance to modern philosophy and science.

The programme (.pdf file) begins on the 16th of August at 2.30pm and ends on the 18th August at 1pm. Organisers are Thomas Johansen, Denis Walsh and Stasinos Stavrianeas. The conference fee, to include attendance at all sessions, drinks reception, and session-break tea and coffee, is £30 (concessions £15).
